The Best Little Hair House In Northfield is always looking for talented established stylists to join our team. If you are currently an Independent stylist or are looking for a salon to begin a business of your own we would love to speak with you.

We are an independent stylist salon. We hold ourselves to a higher standard. Our salon is friendly, comfortable, relaxed and fun. We like our clients to feel like they are part of our family. We all work together to provide this atmosphere for ourselves and our clients. As established stylists we have many combined years of experience in all aspects of the industry. As an independent stylist you own your business. You must be a licensed managing cosmotologist and obtain a booth renters license through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. www.cos.ohio.gov/

Rent is paid weekly and provides the funds to pay the electric, gas, water, phone etc. It is your responsibility to purchase your own supplies and any retail products you would like to sell. We use Paul Mitchell Products but you are not required to do so. You can set your own hours and work as much or as little as you would like. You are required to sign a 1 year lease.
